A Clinical Analysis of the Treatment in Infertility by Laparoscopy combined with Hysteroscopy

Objective To research the clinical value of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in dianology and treating women infertility.Method We collected 86 cases of infertility during Octomber,2009 to Octomber,2011 and used laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy to find out the reasons of infertility and treat them at the same time.Result In 86 cases with infertility,we found 8 cases with endometrical polyps by hysteroscopy test,4 cases with submucous hysteromyomas,3 cases with intraucterine adhesions,2 cases with uterine spetum.We found 25 cases endometriosis,50 cases with pelvic adhesions,6 cases with polycystic ovarian syndrome,23 cases with bilaterally blocked tube,11 cases with unilaterally blocked tube.We found the reseasons and treat them at the same time.We followed up 62 cases and 20 cases had been pregnant in one year.Conclusion We can find the reasons of infertility accurately,directly,roundly and treat them at the same time by laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy.This can increase the pregnant chance and can suggest reasonably the patients of badly unilateral blocked tube undergoing IVF to avoid the extra medicial west.
