Abstract

Objective To study the methods of diagnosis and treatment of ovarian endometriosis.Methods The clinical manifestation of 83 cases of OEM was retrospectively analzed.Discrepancy of simple drugs therapy and surgical and drug therapy was compared.Results Simple drugs group,32 cases;laparoscope group,26 cases;laparotomy group,25 cases.Abdominal pain was eased in 14 cases in simple drugs therapy(43.75%);Pregnancy took place in 2 cases(6.25%).The difference between the two groups was significant(P0.01).Abdominal pain was eased in 48 cases in laparoscope and laparotomy(94.12%),and pregnancy cases were 11(21.57%).Conclusion The clinical symptom of OEM was typical.The diagnosis can be established initially by combining the gynecological examination.The B-ultrasound scope and CT sound can be helpful to diagnosis.Laparoscope and laparotomy plus normal drugs postoperative therapy is the key to the treatment of OEM.
