Chronic endometritis, as a factor in the violations of women's reproductive health

Abstract
Worsening of the demographic situation inUkraineis important socio-medical problem that underlines need in the preservation of women's reproductive health.Aim. With the purpose to present and summarize the modern view on etiology, pathogenesis, features of the survey and modern approaches in the treatment of chronic endometritis the review of specialized literature.Methods and results. In the process of research methods have been used: the semantic evaluation of scientific documents, the comparison system, as well as the structural-logical analysis. The most significant negative impact on the health of women of reproductive age has chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs, especially the uterus. More than 80% of women in age group of 21–45 years suffer from chronic endometritis.Conclusion. Infertility, miscarriage is a key feature of clinical manifestations of chronic endometritis. There is no unified concept of pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy of chronic endometritis.
