Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical significance and characteristics of the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst with laparoscopy. Method We retrospectively analyzed 67 cases of ovarian endomertiosis cyst treated with laparoscopy. Result Among 67 cases of ovarian endometriosis cyst operated with laparoscopy only 1 of which changed to receive open operation. All the other cases had completed the operation, and were followed after operation, 3 of which recurred .The healing rate was 97.01%.Conclusion There are many characteristics of the treatment for ovarian endometriosis cyst with laparoscopy. Such as minimally invasion, quickly recovery, little amount of bleeding, little complication, difficult recurring, coordinate with danazol post-operative treatment. So it is a sort of ideal operation treatment. It is worthy to spread application.
