New Research Progress in Endometriosis TCM Treatment

Endometriosis is clinical frequently occurring and difficult disease for women of childbearing age,and modern medicine therapy can only alleviate symptoms,however the recurrence rate is high. Here is to analyze and summarize the recent literature,and discuss the current status and progress of TCM treatment for endometriosis from the perspective of etiology and syndrome differentiation. The essential cause of the disease is blood stasis,therefore,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is the therapeutic principle,mainly by oral administration,assisted by more and more administration approaches,which is featured with stable curative effect,simple operation,less adverse reaction,rare recurrence,and broad prospects for development.
