Abstract
Objective To analyze two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis diagnosis. Methods All of 40 patients with uterine fibroids, adenomyosis 36 patients selected for observation as an object,two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound of the two disease and CDFI sonographic examination analyzed retrospectively. Results Ultrasound diagnosis of 40 cases of uterine fibroids, pathologically confirmed in 38 cases, ultrasound diagnosis was 95.0%.Ultrasound diagnosis 36 cases of uterine adenomyosis, which pathologically confirmed 33 cases ultrasound diagnosis was 91.7%.Uterine fibroids RI(0.55±0.04) was significantly lower than adenomyosis(0.72±0.06),the difference was statistically significant,P0.05.Conclusion Two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound for uterine fibroids and adenomyosis diagnosis and differential diagnosis can provide a reliable diagnosis, should be promoted and applied.
