The progress of human epididymis protein 4 in clinical application

As a promised serum tumor marker in recent years,HE plays a key role in ovarian cancer,endometrial cancer,lung cancer,breast cancer,endometriosis and other diseases in the early diagnosis and monitoring recurrence because of its high expression in many tumors.Addtionally,the attampt that HE4 may play an inhibit role in the development of tumors could be a novel direction for the therapy of tumors.This review is to analyze the research progress and clinical application of HE4.
