Abstract
Ever since the start of the pandemic COVID19, the whole world has shifted to a new norm in which Work from Home is a one of the key driving factors. Working from home has enabled the offices to resume their work in almost the same manner as in Pre-Covid era. Since the start, work from home experience has found its own sets of positive and negative reception. It has now been almost two years of work from home culture in the offices worldwide and hence it becomes pertinent to analyze the sentiments of the people. This study has been done to analyze and compare the sentiments of the people regarding work from home at the start of COVID19 and two years after 2020. The results obtained from the study suggest that the positive sentiments towards work from home has decreased in the two years of pandemic.
