Abstract
Objective:To study causes of hysterectomy last ten years.Methods:To analyze the obvious sign and age of patients from 2697 case of hysterectomy.Results:①Causes: 62.6% of uterus myoma, 11.0% of adenomyosis, 9.5% of uterine prolapse, 7.9% of malignant tumor and the rest of benignant tumor of ovary, dysfunctional uterine bleeding, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory, obstetrical effect, CIN.②Group age from 41-50 years old was peak age of hysterectomy. For those aged from 21-60 years old the main cause was uterus myoma, and for those aged above 60 years old was uterine prolapse. The fist two reasons for hysterectomy for those aged from 21~30 years old were 37.1%(13/35)of uterus myoma and 31.4%(11/35)of cervical cancer.Conclusion:The peak age of hysterectomy is 41~50 years old .The main causes for hysterectomy for those aged below or above 60 years old are uterus myoma and uterine prolapse respectively.For those aged from 21~30 years old uterus myoma, cervical cancer and cervical cancer are main important causes for hysterectomy.
