The Effefct of Yiweining on the Contents of IL-2 and IL-10 in the Model Rat with Endometriosis

ObjectiveTo clarify the effect of YWN in treating endometriosis through measuring the contents of IL-2 and IL-10.Methods Operational self-transplantation was applied in establishing animal models.Detection of IL-2 and IL-10 was conducted with ELISA.Results There existed significant difference in the contents of IL-2 and IL-10 between YWN group and control group.Conclusion YWN can functions well in curing EM through reducing IL-10 level and increasing IL-2 level.
