For the purpose of stading of the somatic health and the peculiarities of the second sexual signs development in foming of the polycystic ovary syndrome there had been examined 728 female teens at the age of 16-18 years old. The author had examined 364 patients with foming polycystic ovary syndrome. The control group had 364 practically healthy girls of the same age with normal physical and sexual development. It was determined that the period of sexual development of the patients with foming polycystic ovary syndrome had different breaches of somatic status. The given circumstance requires the undertaking of the complex recovery with the with desirable participation gastroenterologists, nefrologists and cardiologists. The character of sexual development is necessary to take into account when determining the risk groups on foming the polycystic ovary syndrome of teenagers.
