Abstract
AbstractThe full cycle operation optimization of acetylene hydrogenation reactor should be carried out rigidly according to the operation optimization scheme within the operation cycle. However, in the actual industrial process, for meeting the temporary process scheduling requirements, the acetylene hydrogenation reactor needs to temporarily adjust the operation strategy in the remaining operation cycle after running according to results of the dynamic optimization for a certain period, which brings more changes and challenges to the operation optimization problem. Based on the margin estimation and the control optimization framework of slowly-time-varying systems, the kind of full-cycle dynamic optimization problem in which the operation optimization scheme is temporarily changed during the operation cycle is researched in this paper. The methods of changing the operation optimization scheme include as follows: changed the operation cycle, maximized economic benefit and changed the optimization goal, maximized the operation cycle. In this paper, the effect of process scheduling change on the full-cycle optimization is analyzed by dynamic optimization model maintaining the operation margin, established the full-cycle scheduling optimization model, and the optimal scheduling strategy is obtained.
