Abstract
[Objective]To observe the efficacy and safety of postoperative laparoscopic combined pregnancy three alkene ketones in treatment of ovarian endometriosis.[Methods]From 2007 June to June 2009 in our hospital,160 patients choice for ovarian endometriosis laparoscopic were randomly divided into 2 groups:pure laparoscopic operation group(control group)in 80 cases;the pregnancy three alkene ketone group(experimental group)in 80 cases,postoperative oral pregnancy three alkene ketone 2.5mg,2/W,once every 3 to 6 months.All patients were followed up for 3-12 months.[Results]Two patients were performed via laparoscopy operation,the pregnancy three alkene ketone group,simple operation rate in the group were 84.21% and 62.67%,respectively;recurrence rates were 6.58% and 18.67%,respectively;infertility patients require pregnancy pregnancy rates were 15.79% and 5.56%,respectively,and two groups compared difference to all have statistical significance(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]The laparoscopic surgery combined with pregnancy three alkene ketones in treatment of ovarian endometriosis curative effect was accurate,which can significantly decrease the recurrence rate and improve the pregnancy rate,and induce less side effect.This method is worthy to be popularized.
