Abstract
Objective Discuss the clinical value and feasibility of peritoneoscope technology in ovarian cysts treatment.Methods Retrospectively review 1 564 cases Peritoneoscope treatment of ovarian cysts in our courtyard from January,2007 to the December,2009.Results In 1 564 cases there was no case had to transfer to open abdomen or occurred complication.Average surgery time 38.2±4.5 minute,in technique volume of bleeding 23.0±6.9 ml,getting out of bed time for 1.67±0.89 d,after the technique,2 d body temperature 38 ℃ accounts for 5.67%.The time stayed in hospital 3.7±4.9 d,after the technique,6h enters the fluid food,the 6~12 h wiping out ureteral catheter.Conclusion The peritoneoscope surgery wound is small,restores quickly,in the technique bleeds few,the complication are few,the treatment result is reliable and in hospital time short and so on merits.It is the present gynecology department needs to widespread the application of best technique type,so it is worth promoting.But it was serious to the inflammation adhesion,if dissects is unclear exploratory laparotomy is necessary.
