The model aims to assist secondary school teachers in designing and implementing research and education activities with educational depth and practical value to enhance teaching quality. Through three well-designed cases involving the effective integration of mathematics with physics, biology and chemistry, this study conducted an empirical research on secondary school students who participated in the activities and statistically analysed the collected data using SPSS software. The results of the study not only enriched the case base of STEM interdisciplinary teaching activities, but also provided guidance for the improvement of experimental teaching methods and theoretical references for the planning and implementation of research and education activities.
