The advantages of "Opening Minds" include providing insights into human resource reform, cognitive aspects of intelligence, multicultural education, and external influences on career determination. These insights contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the diverse nature of human intelligence. Additionally, the research enriches the understanding of multicultural education, competitive advantage, learning motivation, and holistic education. The findings of this research can be utilized to guide students in developing skills in holistic thinking.
