The genome sequence of a slender sawfly, Ametastegia equiseti (Fallén, 1808)

Abstract
We present a genome assembly from a female slender sawfly, Ametastegia equiseti (Arthropoda; Insecta; Hymenoptera; Tenthredinidae). The genome sequence spans 292.20 megabases. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 15 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 29.69 kilobases in length.
