Сочетанное применение Бусерелин-депо и внутрибрюшинной цитостатической химиотерапии при лечении тяжелых форм эндометриоза

The article presents the results of combined use of buserelin-depot and intraperitoneal chemotherapy in patients after surgical treatment for the common forms of endometriosis. Surgical treatment in all cases performed laparoscopic access organosbereg-ayuschem volume. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that intraperitoneal chemotherapy can be justified in severe disseminated forms of endometriosis and with recurrent endometrioid cyst as a component of adjuvant therapy in combination with GnRH-agonists. At the same time, this type of treatment requires further in-depth study, especially for the category of women with severe endometriosis and unrealized reproductive function.
