Abstract

The present article deals with the problems of a comprehensive study of changes in the bones and joints in the period of the artificial menopause. To analyze the state YAC woman with faux-induced menopause after surgery once a month completed the survey, which allowed not only to judge the nature of the violations, YAC, and take fully into account the emotional state and sleep. To clarify the mechanism of violations YAC determined the content of gonadotropins – FSH, LH, PL, and sex hormones – estradiol and progesterone. The degree of severity of emotional stress was judged by the concentration of hormones – ACTH, cortisol, aldosterone. Determined the content of growth hormone and cyclic amp in the serum by radioimmunoassay analysis and radiosecurity method. To identify the relationship between the concentration of sex hormones and bone mineral density (BMD) of the skeleton, it was determined on the bone densitometer. The data indicate the decrease of total quantity of minerals in the skeleton and mineral density in women during the period of artificial menopause.
