Zusammenfassung Die Gebärmutterschleimhaut unterliegt bei der jungen Frau im Verlauf ihres Menstruationszyklus charakteristischen Veränderungen. Die hormonell bedingte Umgestaltung des Endometriums ist auch sonographisch zu verfolgen.
