Abstract
ObjectiveTo construct enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS) pathway of fertility preservative surgery for diffuse uterine pathologies with protection of uterine structures for healing(PUSH) for patients with diffuse adenomyosis.MethodsThe ERAS pathway of PUSH surgery for patients with diffuse adenomyosis was constructed through literature review and Delphi method.ResultsThe response rates for the 2 rounds of expert inquiry questionnaires were 100.00% and 95.65%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients both were 0.88.The Kendall's W of the secondary indicators were 0.249 and 0.259,respectively.And the Kendall's W of the tertiary indicators were 0.209 and 0.241,respectively(all P<0.001).The ERAS pathway of PUSH surgery for patients with diffuse adenomyosis ultimately formed.It included 7 first⁃level indicators and 44 second⁃level indicators and 76 three⁃level indicators.ConclusionsThe ERAS pathway of PUSH surgery for patients with diffuse adenomyosis is scientific,reliable,and practical.
