Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation of endometrial ovarian cyst MRI findings and the results of laparoscopic surgery.Methods We retrospectively performed a study of MRI diagnosis of 13cases,22ovarian endometrial cysts.All cases were confirmed by laparoscopic surgery and pathology.Results Of all 22endometrial cysts with laparoscopic surgery and pathology,6cysts showed high signal on T1WI and T2WI,15cysts showed high signal on T1WI but middle or high signal on T2WI,1cyst showed non-homogeneous signals on T1WI and T2WI,5cysts around accompanied by small cyst wassatellite cysts;4ectopic cyst wall appeared visible small break and the high signal out prominent.Conclusion ① MRI signal characteristics of ovarian endometriotic cysts were that large cysts around with a small cyst was satellite cystsand wall thickness is uneven.The signs of adhesions around,the pelvic and ovarian surface endometrial ectopic nodules signs were significantly correlated with the results of laparoscopic surgery;②Signs of the wall gapis the other characteristic manifestations of this disease.
