Abstract
Suppose that x is a sufficiently large number and j≥2 is any integer. Let λsymjf(n) be the nth Fourier coefficient of jth symmetric power L-function. In this paper, we establish asymptotic formula for sums of Dirichlet coefficients λsymjf(n) over a sequence of positive integers.
