Abstract
The article contains modern data on immune and neurohumorale systems components role in forming of endometriosis. Immunocompetent cells and some cytokines take part in mechanisms of endometrioid cells implantation following endometrioid nidus formation. Cytokines disbalance and activation of angiogenesis create favourable conditions for disease progression.
