A mother had been higher body mass index were more likely to delivering with caesarean section than those smaller body mass index (p = 0.0001). Caesarean section was increased when mothers goes to elder (p = 0.0001).Conclusions The finding of this study was mothers education level, Birth order, preceding birth interval, multiple pregnancy, maternal age and interaction effect BMI with household wealth index was statistically significant associated factors to increase rate of caesarean section. Residence and region was community level factors to increase caesarean section delivery.
