Abstract
Uterus with adenomyosis. COMMENT: Arrows point to multiple small cystic spaces within myometrium representing endometrial glands and stroma deep within muscle; one normally would expect recent or old hemorrhage to be present; must be differentiated from usual blood vessels of myometrium.
