Abstract

205 women of the reproductive age suffering chronic salpingoophoritis and cystitis are analyzed. The purpose of the present research was to assess associated inflammatory diseases of ovaries and urinary bladder in women with connective tissue. We noticed that associated diseases are accompanied by development of pain syndrome, dysuria, disorders of hemodynamics and microcirculation, vegetative misbalance and psycho emotional frustration in structure of which a latent anxiety and depression prevailed. The latter is characterized by increase of regulatory systems activities and vegetative misbalance. The research has shown that functional changes are manifested by motive functions disorder and visceral hypersensitiveness resulting in overactive bladder syndrome. Patients with connective tissue dysplasia demonstrated a common morphological chronic salpingoophoritis with scar-adhesion chronic cystitis squamatous cell metaplasia of transitional epithelium.
