Scar Endometrioma Following Cesarian Section: Case Report

Endometriosis is a gynecological disease which is sometimes presented to general surgeons as a lump at the abdominal wall. It can pose a diagnostic confusion and should be in the differential diagnosis of lumps in the abdomen in female especially with a gynecological abdominal operation history. Endometrioma is well-marked tumoral lesions, such as non-neoplastic granuloma which formed by whitish fibrous tissue, with thick chocolate-like colored liquid areas which composed of endometriosis.
