A rare case of Aneurysmal Bone Cyst in the Clavicle of a 12-Year-Old Boy picked up in an urgent care setting.

Aneurysmal bone cysts (ABCs) are benign but potentially locally aggressive bone lesions typically occurring in the metaphysis of long bones 3 . Clavicular involvement is rare, especially in the absence of trauma or pain 1 . We report the case of a 12-year-old boy who presented to the urgent care center with a painless, non-tender lump over the lateral end of his right clavicle. Imaging studies revealed an expansile lesion suggestive of an aneurysmal bone cyst. This case highlights the importance of considering ABC in the differential diagnosis of clavicular masses in pediatric patients, even in the absence of classical symptoms.
