The Clinical Comparative Analysis of Adenosis Vaginal Ultrasonography for Diagnosis Uterine Muscle Adenosis and Uterine Fibroids

Objective To investigate the clinical comparative effects of adenosis vaginal ultrasonography for diagnosis uterine muscle adenosis and uterine fibroids.Methods The pathological diagnosis of uterine fibroids or uterine fibroids uterine lesions in 20 hospitalized patients with vaginal ultrasonography.Results Uterine fibroids were detected in the blood and internal signals,and 2 cases with peripheral blood-based,no significant internal blood flow.Adenomyosis in the 7 showed internal blood flow-based,no significant blood flow around.The blood flow parameters of uterine fibroids with uterine adenomyoma RI values of parameters related to differences between groups was significant(P0.05).Uterine fibroids Uterine artery RI group than a simple set of lower uterine adenomyoma.Conclusion Vaginal adenosis and color doppler ultrasound examination of uterine fibroids uterine muscle as a new radiation-free,simple diagnostics,real-time,dynamic,continuously reflects the uterine fibroids and uterine fibroid perfusion characteristics,it is worth application.
