Abstract
There is availability of numerous of microorganisms with their broad applications in environment and removal of contaminants. World is full of microbes that can produce various enzymes at a time. Bacillus is one of the major species among them. Plant fibres contain complex cellulose and amylopectin and pectin in their structures. For breakdown of these complex molecules like cellulose, amylopectin in simpler molecules like hemicellulose and glucose the enzyme required called cellulases with hydrolytic reactions. Article is based upon isolation, screening, identification and crude enzyme production of isolates from fabric industry.
