Clinical analysis of 96 cases of endometriosis

Objective: to explore the treatment for endometriosis.Methods: retrospective analysis on the clinical data of the patients of endometriosis treated in our hospital from September 2004 to March 2009.According to the characteristics of medical history and the B-test results,the preoperative diagnostic accordance rate was of 83.3% and the follow-up lasted 1 ~60 months.Results: using anti-viscosity during the intra-operation endometriosis surgery and gestrinone for postoperative drug therapy over 3~6 months give out a good curative effect.Conclusion: patients of endometriosis with severe adhesion shouldn't blindly choose separation surgery but taking gestrinone for 3 months before having this surgery.
