Abstract
A 17-year-old female with recent onset of amenorrhea was found to have a large solid and cystic ovarian mass. Histology revealed a proliferating endometrioid cystadenofibroma. These are rare neoplasms that generally occur in older women. The long-term malignant potential of proliferating endometrioid cystadenofibromas is not yet known.
