Abstract
Objective:To study the clinico-pathological features of malignant ovarian neoplasms with ovarian endometriosis. Methods:A total of 21 patients with malignant neoplasms with ovarian endometriosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The main clinical symptoms were pelvic masses, abdominal distension, abdominal pain and dysmenorrhea.Solid foci in the pelvic masses were found in 10 cases by B-ultrasound examination. The main histologic types of ovarian malignancy were clear cell carcinoma and endometrioid adenocarinoma.Stage:stage Ⅰ 12,stage Ⅱ 3,stage Ⅲ 5,stage Ⅳ 1.Radical tumor resection combined with chemotherapy were adopted in all patients. Conclusion:Clinical diagnosis of maligant ovarian neoplasms arising from ovarian endometriosis in early stage is difficult, and B-ultrasound examination is more valuable for diagnosis. The main therapeutic approach is radical tumor resection combined with chemotherapy.
