Application value of THL examination for the infertile women with unobstructed hysterosalpingography

Objective:To observe the clinical application value of hysteroscopy combined with transvaginal hydrolaparoscopy(THL) for the infertile women with unobstructed hysterosalpingography(HSG).Methods:60 infertile patients who were diagnosed with unobstructed fallopian tubes by HSG and without abnormal findings under ultrasound received THL.Results:Among 60 infertile patients,3 patients(5%) were found with obstructed fallopian tubes,45 patients(75%) were found with pelvic adhesion,8 patients(13%) were found with endometriosis,and 2 patients(3%) were found with ovarian cysts.Conclusion:The accurate rate of hysteroscopy combined with THL is higher than that of HSG for examining female tubal factor and pelvic factor,especially for pelvic adhesion.
