Abstract
Abstract In order to solve the problem of roadway support failure and deformation in Makeng Iron Mine, the surrounding rock is classified by acoustic wave method to test the loose ring, and the selection of roadway support technology and support mode is streamlined and rational. A numerical model was constructed by three-dimensional numerical simulation software (FLAC3D), and the supporting effect of the support scheme was analyzed. The results show that the distribution characteristics of plastic zone, stress field and displacement around roadway can be effectively improved by using graded support in high stress environment dominated by external horizontal tectonic stress. The stability of the roadway is monitored in real time and satisfactory results are obtained.
