Abstract

[Objective] To indicate the clinical curative effect of the removal of part of central uterine body under laparoscope.[Methods] Chose thirteen patients with adenomyosis or /and adenomyoma at the age of 30-40,having serious dys-menorrhea,more menstrual volume,increscent uterus just like being more than two-month-pregnancy for research,followed up the changes of the dysmenorrhea and the menstrual volume for six to twelve months.[Results] The menstrual volume of all thirteen patients decreased obviously;the dysmenorrhea of ten patients improved obviously after the operation,the other three patients who suffered the pain again three months after the operation all got much better through medicine cure.[Conclusion] The operation is a better choice for the young patients especially who have the desire of pregnancy;meanwhile we need a longterm research to evaluate the effect of the operation on the ovary-functions,the maintenance of menses and the relapse of dys-menorrhea.
