Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of laparoscopy on endometriosis.Methods:According to the Revised American Society for Reproductive Medicine Classification of endometriosis(r-AFS) in 1985,112 cases with endometriosis diagnosed by laparoscopy were included in the study,then underwent laparoscopic surgery,cases with Ⅲ/Ⅳ staging were administrated by gestrinone and mifepristone after surgery.Results:All the 112 cases underwent laparoscopic surgery.After following up 1~2 years,the recent effective rate was 100%.8 cases(7.14%) recrudesced;21 cases of 38 cases complicated with infertility had pregnancy,pregnancy rate was 55.3%.Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery is less invasive and quick recovery,which can be used for examination and treatment of endometriosis in various stagings.
