Clinical Analysis of 830 Cases Endometriosis Treated by Laparoscopy Combined with Medicine

Objective: To analysis the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with postoperative medicine treatment to endometriosis.Method: Eight hundred and thirty cases endometriosis from 2002-2005 of our hospital were analysised.The recurrence rate and pregnancy rate were compared with different drug postoperative therapy to moderate and serious EMS.Results: Two years after laparoscopy,no significant difference was show in pregnancy rate of both type EMS and recurrence rate of moderate EMS;in serious EMS,the recurrence rate of Chinese traditional medicine is higher than the other groups.Conclusion: As for endometriosis,laparoscopy combined with postoperative medicine treatment can decrease the recurrence rate and increase the pregnancy rate.In serious EMS the recurrence rate of Chinese Traditional medicine group is higher than the other groups.There is no statistical difference in pregnancy rate among each group.
