Abstract
Objective To investigate patients with endometriosis of the clinical manifestations and analysis of common diseases due.Methods Retrospective analysis from February 2005 to August 2008 in our hospital for treatment of 240 cases of uterine endometriosis in patients with clinical data.Results 240 cases of patients,120 cases of adenomyosis,62 cases of external-type,58 cases of mixed type.Dysmenorrhea,irregular menstruation or abnormal vaginal bleeding,chronic pelvic pain and infertility endometriosis are the main symptoms of patients,(one of secondary dysmenorrhea are endometriosis symptoms,and pain and lesions was directly proportional to size).Some patients have asymptomatic.Conclusion Patients with endometriosis and diverse clinical manifestations,should be combined with clinical history,symptoms,signs,combined with ultrasound to make a comprehensive analysis in order to improve the diagnosis rate.EM of a high degree of suspicion,the conditional should be confirmed as the preferred method of laparoscopy.
