Abstract
?Objective:To study the features of ultrasonography in different types of endometriosis. Methods:Eighty patients who suffered from endometriosis were diagnosed by color Doppler flower imaging and color Doppler energy(CDFI/CDE) of transabdomen or transvaginal ultrasound(TBUS/TVUS) and verified by operations and pathology. Results:Thirty-six cases were diagnosed by ultrasonography as adenomyosis,44 endometriosis of ovary,and 9 of them were accompanied by pelvis endometriosis.To postoperative confirmation rate of ultrasonography was 92.5%(74/80). Conclusions:Modernized apparatus can distinguish the endometriosis from other bleeding diseases,and its types as well. 〔
