Abstract

FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: medicine comprises sodium selenite, dimethylsulfoxide and distilled water. According to the invention the medicine can be used for treatment of wounds of different etiology. ^ EFFECT: medicine enables to improve treatment effectiveness owing to quick formation of healthy granulation tissue, reduced risk of pyosis without overall or local toxic effect on organs and tissues. ^ 2 tbl
