Abstract

Objective To observe the characteristics of endometrial pathology of adenomyosis patients.Methods 100 adenomyosis patients were selected,and endometrial lesions was analysed.Results In the 100 adenomyosis patients,25 patients had endometriosis,45 patients had uterine fibroids;clinical manifestations were 44 cases of dysmenorrhea,46 cases of menorrhagia,10 cases of hysterauxesis.There were 33 cases of endometrial hyperplasia,44 cases of endometrial polyps,2 cases of endometrial cancer,and 22 cases of normal endometrium.Conclusion There has a close relationship between the change of adenomyosis and characteristics of endometrium pathology.
