Explore the relationship of endometriosis disease recurrence and individual laparoscopic surgery oxidatie stress state

Objective To investigate the relationship of endometriosis disease recurrence and individual laparoscopic surgery oxidatie stress state.Methods Through followed-up,recurrence in patients with oxidative stress indicators of ROS,MDA,SOD and GSH-Px in serum content in a comparative studied.Results ROS and MDA,or both in the control group relapsed patients in the experimental group of patients with no recurrence of comparison,difference was no statistically significant,P 0.05;SOD and GSH-Px or both in the control group relapsed patients in the experimental group of patients with no recurrence of comparison,the difference was statistically significant,P 0.05.Conclusion SOD and GSH-Px as endometriosis is more sensitive predictor of relapse.
