Опыт лечения бесплодия у пациентов с наружным генитальным эндометриозом: сравнительная эффективность методов

Objective: to conduct a comparative analysis in order to justify and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment of patients with external genital endometriosis and infertility by methods of endoscopic surgery and drugs. Material and methods: to study the effectiveness of various pharmacological agents and methods of endoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with infertility and external genital endometriosis 274 women were examined. Results: A comparative analysis revealed the advantages of a two-stage combined treatment: surgical destruction of endometriosis in the first stage and the second - drug therapy. Conclusion: the maximum frequency of pregnancy after treatment was marked during the first 6-8 months of observation. By 11-12 months, this index decreased to the lowest level what proves the feasibility of limiting the period of passive observation up to 12 months.
