Abstract
Objective To explore the application of laparoscopy in female infertility diagnosis and treatment of clinical value. Methods 158 cases of female infertility undergo laparoscopy and treatment the discovery of pelvic disease. Results Laparoscopy revealed infertility with pelvic lesions in 158 cases,which the positivity rate of 100% . In which,one side or bilateral tubal occlusion and pelvic adhesion in 76 cases,accounting for 48. 1% ,40 cases of endometriosis,accounting for 25. 32% ,polycystic ovary in 25 cases,accounting for 15. 82% . Conclusion Tubal occlusion,pelvic adhesions and endometriosis is a major cause of female infertility. Laparoscopy in diagnosis of female infertility pelvic etiologies as well as targeted therapy has a good effect,and is worthy of popularization.
