Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of different surgical modes on surviving quality of adenomyosis patients after operation.Methods:The sexual function,marital quality and life quality of 120 patients with adenomyosis were evaluated by questionnaires.Results:After operation,the ovarian functions were normal,the sexual function,marital quality and life quality in total hysterectomy group reduced,while the marital quality and life quality in partial hysterectomy group improved,but there was no difference in sexual function before and after operation;the sexual function,marital quality and life quality in myomectomy group and blood vessel intervention group were better than those before operation.Conclusion:Different surgical modes have no influence on ovarian function,but have different influence on the sexual function,marital quality and life quality in patients with adenomyosis.
