Abstract
The data for this study were sourced from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC). Recognized as one of the most comprehensive platforms for scientometric analysis, WoSCC enables the identification of emerging research trends and supports in-depth analyses based on citation data. The search strategy was designed as follows: TS=("adenomyo*") OR TS=("endometriosis of the uterus") OR TS=("uter* endometriosis") OR TS=("internal endometriosis"). The search encompassed publications from January 1, 1980, to December 31, 2024. the Bibliometrix package (version 4.3.0) in R was used to analyze the filtered data. The main statistical indicators included publication output, distribution of countries/regions, journal distribution, author contributions, local citation score (LCS), impact factor, H-index, g-index, number of references, annual growth rate, and average citations per article. Additionally, collaboration relationships among countries were analyzed.
