Analysis of 123 cases of gynecologic laparoscopic surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of laparoscopic surgery in gynecopathy.Methods 123 cases of laparoscopic surgery in gynecopathy were analyzed retrospectively, including salpingotomy, salpingectomy, salpingostomy, enucleation of pelvic masses, CISH, remoral of hysteromyoma, lysis of pelvic adhesions 15 kinds. Results 119 cases successed with laparoscopy, 4 cases were converted to laparotomy and complications occurred in 3 cases. Mean operating time was (78.56±32.72)min. Mean bleeding was (63.8±27.3)ml. Conclusions The gynecologic laparoscopic surgery has many advantages, such as less lesion, bleeding less, recovery rapidly, less complications and can be used effectively in gynecologic diseases.
