Objective To analyze the laparoscopic endometriosis fertility index in endometriosis(EMT) application results in infertility. Methods 100 cases of uterine endometriosis infertility hospital merger in January 2011 admitted in June 2013, to give patients the laparoscopic surgery for patients with endometriosis fertility index(EFI) score, analyze postoperative pregnancy. Results 100 cases of patients after 3 years, 52 cases of successful pregnancies, the total pregnancy rate was 52%after the first year pregnancy rate was 31%, 16% the second year, third year is 5%. EFI score≤4 of 14 patients, three years, three cases of successful pregnancy, the pregnancy rate of 21.4%; 5-8 of 49 patients, three years, 21 cases of successful pregnancy, the pregnancy rate of 42.9%; 9-10 of 37 patients, 3 during the year 28 cases of successful pregnancy, the pregnancy rate 75.7%, EFI score 9-10 points pregnancy rate was significantly better than patients with other patients(P0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic Endometriosis fertility index is an important indicator of the evaluation of endometriosis patients with infertility fertility,clinical patient specific treatment may be given in accordance with EFI score circumstances, improves patient pregnancy.
